Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and guidance to help clients find the right vehicle to meet their needs and desires. You will work closely with potential buyers to understand their preferences, budget, and lifestyle, while showcasing the outstanding features and benefits of our diverse vehicle lineup.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Build rapport with clients to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Conduct in-depth product presentations and test drives to showcase the features and performance of various vehicles.

Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and incentives.

Address customer inquiries promptly and assist with any concerns or questions they may have.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive trends, technologies, and models.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.

Ensure the delivery process is smooth and satisfactory for the customer.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong product knowledge and passion for automobiles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, sales-driven environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
